Torch wished on by thousands

Coca-Cola kept the crowds cool with free soft drinks whilst they waited patiently for the torch to pass, on a day in the middle of a record 'heatwave' for the city of Swansea.
The parade and convoy of sponsor trucks kept the crowd entertained enough to wait for the torch, flanked by six security guards who looked prepared to kill you if you looked the wrong way at them.
The torch passed Bryn Road without incident and fun was had by students and families living in the local area.
